A warm and creamy porridge is a wonderful way to start the day! It's quick to prepare, healthy and bursting with valuable vitamins and minerals. The basic recipe consists of just 5 ingredients and can be refined with any number of other ingredients. So it always remains varied and seasonal😊 This porridge creation is particularly beneficial and supportive for digestive problems, especially diarrhea. Apples and bananas are rich in the fiber pectin, which binds excess fluid in the intestines and thus firms up the stool. Blueberries are also an old household remedy for diarrhea - they can be dried and made into a tea or, as in this recipe, eaten as a compote. Of course, there is nothing to stop you from eating this delicious porridge without diarrhea symptoms - either way, it has a digestive regulating effect!
