A healthy, homemade celery juice is of course a must in my recipe collection! Most celery juice recipes are prepared using a juicer - an appliance that A not everyone has at home and B produces a lot of waste if the leftover pulp is not processed further. You can prepare this celery juice very easily and quickly with a powerful blender, have no food waste and get the full load of celery power😊 The highly alkalizing juice has an anti-inflammatory effect and provides your body with important minerals and vitamins. You can also detoxify wonderfully with celery juice and support your detoxification organs liver, kidneys and intestines. Drink a glass of freshly squeezed celery juice every day on an empty stomach and start the day full of energy😊 Have fun trying out the recipe - cheers!

Ingredients

  • 300g celery
  • 3 tablespoons organic lemon juice
  • 1 large sprig of fresh mint (approx. 8-10 mint leaves)
  • 5g organic ginger with peel - if not organic, remove the peel!
  • 10g fresh parsley
  • approx. 100ml water, cold

This is how it's done

  1. The first step is to remove the stalk and wash the individual stalks of celery well. Cut the celery stalks into 1 cm cubes and place in a blender jug. Wash the mint and parsley, pat dry and roughly chop. Roughly chop the ginger with the peel. Add the herbs, ginger and 100 ml cold water to the celery and puree everything in a high-speed blender.
  2. Line a small pan or bowl with a fine sieve. Pour the mixture into the sieve and press the puree through the sieve with a tablespoon. The result is pure, fresh celery juice.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately😊
