Spring is here and with it the asparagus season😍 This simple lemon sesame asparagus recipe is wonderfully fresh, light and soo delicious! I used the super tasty meat alternative from Luya.Bio as a protein source. Luya is a Swiss start-up that produces meat alternatives from fermented okara (a by-product of soybeans) and chickpeas. The products are not made under high heat as usual, but are gently fermented. This process keeps the nutrients in.
