Immerse yourself in the world of wild herbs in our exciting workshop and discover the wild treasures that grow right on our doorstep. Together we will go on a wild herb tour on the Uetliberg and then prepare a delicious lunch over the fire with the plants we have collected. Experience how nature is alive in the middle of Zurich and enjoy the taste of freshly harvested wild herbs!

What you can expect:

• We start with a meditation to arrive, find peace and serenity.
• This is followed by an introduction to how you can integrate herbs into your everyday life to support your health.
• Exciting wild herb tour on the Uetliberg with joint picking and helpful tips and tricks. ‍
• At the end, we'll enjoy a freshly prepared vegan lunch around the campfire and you'll get lots of recipe ideas to take home.
• On top, everyone gets a great goodie bag with a surprise!

Clothing: Please dress warmly according to the weather - we will be outside all afternoon

Drinks: Don't forget your water bottle - you can fill it up directly at the fountain at the Zielweg bus stop
